Back in early of 2005, the big manufacturers started to come out with the 1080p HDTVs, the first true high definition television. Sony, Samsung, Toshiba and JVC were among some of the biggest manufacturers to boast about the 1920 by 1080 resolution and how it was the best picture ever.
